"Support disappeared after I bought"
So... I bought from them thinking everything would be fine, but once the sale was done, support basically stopped replying. It’s been really frustrating trying to get any help after paying.

"Wrong size showed up and the fix dragged on"
They sent me the wrong size, and getting it sorted took way longer than it should have. Customer service kept giving me those overly polished, copy-paste answers that sound nice but don’t actually tell you anything. Eventually it got fixed, but the whole thing was frustrating and way too slow.

"I felt like it was a bit overpriced..."
I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what I got. I checked a few other options and the prices here seemed higher, but the quality didn’t really stand out enough to justify it. Maybe it works better for other people, but I was left wondering if I paid extra for something that wasn’t much different. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the pricing made more sense.

"The tech advice just felt off"
I asked for some tech advice, but it didn’t seem right. Like, the answer just felt off, and when I checked into it more, it was basically wrong. Not super helpful, not really what I was hoping for.

"Return was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I usually don’t pay too much attention to every little thing when I order online, but the return process with A.L.C. definitely stood out for the wrong reasons. The item just didn’t work for me, so I followed the return instructions and figured it would be straightforward, but getting clear replies took longer than it should have.

At that point, all I really cared about was getting my refund handled, and that’s where it got frustrating. It turned into a bunch of back and forth with slow, not-very-helpful responses, and I’m still feeling like it dragged on way too long. i wouldn’t order from them again.

"I’m not sure, but it didn’t feel very professional"
I don’t want to be too harsh because maybe I caught them on an off day, but something about the experience just didn’t feel very professional to me. I had a hard time feeling confident or fully trusting the process, which made the whole thing a bit uncomfortable

"Not gonna lie, the customer service was disappointing"
Not gonna lie, the customer service experience was frustrating. The staff came across as rude and didn’t really seem interested in helping. I wouldn’t use them again.

"I ordered from A.L.C. and thought it would..."
I ordered from A.L.C. and thought it would arrive when they said it would, but it ended up taking longer. I was going to say the tracking was helpful, but actually there wasn’t much of an update, so I kept having to check it myself. The item did show up fine in the end, which was good, but the wait was annoying. I probably wouldn’t rely on them if I needed something by a specific date...
